Why: some services require legal, insurance, partner, Mattilsynet, transport, health, finance or municipal verification before they can be sold safely.
Not promoted in V1: restaurant meals, eco/waste pickup, senior/social care, classifieds payments/escrow, passenger transport, tow/recovery, medicine/pharmacy, alcohol/tobacco, plumbing, electrical and high work.
Safe next step: choose one of the V1 request paths. Unusual or risky requests require manual dispatcher review.
