DRAFT — NOT LEGALLY VERIFIED. The current cookie audit (platform-cookie-audit) found only strictly necessary cookies and no third-party tracking. This page describes that state. It is not a final GDPR-compliance guarantee; a Norwegian lawyer / DPO should review before public launch.

1Current cookies

Our latest audit found BiKuBe sets only the following first-party cookies:

bikube-session

— encrypted session identifier (login/state). Necessary. Lifetime ~2 hours.

XSRF-TOKEN

— CSRF protection for forms and ajax. Necessary. Lifetime ~2 hours. Readable by JavaScript only for security.

remember_web_*

— persistent login, set only if you choose “Keep me signed in”. Necessary (opt-in).

bikube_cookie_consent

— stores your privacy choice (which categories you allowed). Contains NO personal data, NO user id, NO order id. First-party, ~180 days.

We do not currently set any analytics or marketing cookies.

2Categories

Necessary — always on; required for the site to work (login, security, CSRF). Cannot be disabled.

Functional — UI preferences only (first-party local storage). No tracking. Off by default.

Analytics — currently empty. No scripts are loaded. Reserved for future opt-in analytics.

Marketing — currently empty. No pixels are loaded. Reserved for future opt-in marketing.

3External resources

To render maps, fonts and some interactive UI, BiKuBe loads a few first-party-requested external resources:

  • Google Fonts (Inter typeface) — typography.
  • jsDelivr / unpkg CDNs — JavaScript libraries (e.g. Alpine.js, Leaflet for maps).
  • OpenStreetMap / Carto tiles — map imagery for order tracking and dispatch views.

When your browser fetches these resources, the provider may receive technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and request time. BiKuBe currently uses these only to display content and maps — not for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not share personal data with these providers for marketing.

4Your choice

You can change your cookie preferences at any time:

  • Use the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.
  • Open the preferences from the banner when it appears.
  • Necessary cookies cannot be turned off. Rejecting optional categories is as easy as accepting all.

If you previously accepted, clearing the bikube_cookie_consent cookie (or all cookies) will show the banner again.
